Buda Fine Arts Festival, Buda, Texas, Annual Fine Arts Event held annually every October with the help of Art Around Town and local sponsors

About Us

The Buda Fine Arts Festival Committee began in 2000 as an all-volunteer artist group partnering with the City of Buda, to plan an annual fine arts festival for the Buda community. A group of volunteers was organized by the Economic Development Commission (EDC). In 2004 we had our first festival. In August of 2008 our non-profit status was approved. With the help of the EDC, the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Buda and support of local businesses and volunteers, the festival has grown in popularity with artists from around Texas. We look forward to continuing this tradition and continuing to promote the arts in our community.

The Buda Fine Arts Festival is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organized for charitable and educational programs with an all volunteer committee.

Mission

To promote fine arts in the community, assist local high school students with scholarships for higher education in the arts, to interact with the community in fine arts, and support the development of Buda’s downtown business district.
